deposit: Update deposit status when the load status is 'partial'

vlorentz requested to merge generated-differential-D5139-source into generated-differential-D5139-target

Before this commit, load status 'success' and 'failed' updated the deposit status accordingly, but other statuses were ignored.

Partially fixes swh-deposit#3070 (closed).
