docs: Drop unneeded technical specification

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D5381-source into generated-differential-D5381-target

They are redundant with the model. The statuses mentioned are important but already mentioned in the user-manual.rst and the specs/blueprint.rst files.
