jobs/swh-environment: Execute make check for each swh module

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D8261-source into generated-differential-D8261-target

Also execute code checks (flake8, codespell, mypy, ...) for all swh modules in this Jenkins job.

It will enable to catch possible issues with the tools above and fix them early.
