Refactor objstorage configuration, to eventually add winery in the read-only paths

Nicolas Dandrimont requested to merge mr/refactor-objstorages into production

The azure readonly change has been itching me for a while. I've tested it locally and it seems happy enough (using the urls I've already added to the secrets repository).

The goal is, of course, the winery change.
