browse: Fix a couple of small display issues

This MR compiles small commits fixing some display issues in the browse web application:

  • ensure SVG rendering by browsers in the /browse/content/raw endpoint
  • harmonize language select dropdown style with bootstrap theme
  • improve SWHIDs tab display on non full HD screens
  • remove language select dropdown when rendering a jupyter notebook.
