cli: Deprecate auth command group

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D5955-source into generated-differential-D5955-target

The auth command group implementation has been moved to the swh-auth package so deprecate swh web auth commands in favor of swh auth.

Until removal, previous commands are now simply forwarded to swh-auth ones.
