celery_backend: Remove use of fake DSN for initializing sentry

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/swh-scheduler:sentry-init-update into master

swh-core v3.0.1 now allows to initialize sentry with a None dsn so using a fake DSN for first sentry initialization is no longer needed.
