Draft: Various scanner changes

Pierre-Yves David requested to merge marmoute/swh-scanner:known-request into master

The new return use CoreSWHID object as dictionnary key instead of raw bytes. This match the return of the Client from swh.web.client and pave the way to unify the two implementations.
