Fetch provenance information in a more efficent way

Pierre-Yves David requested to merge marmoute/swh-scanner:provenance-queries into master

Most notably, we want to fetch them in batch and in parallel. This match what the futur API end-point will allow us to do.

In addition, we can provide a progress information that make more sense.
