Small fixes and improvements for swh-provenance

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/swh-provenance:other-swh-components-integration into main

While working on wrapping the provenance API in new Web API endpoints for swh-web, I noticed a couple of issues and improvements to bring into provenance codebase.

The changes in that MR notably fix provenance type checking and enable to use the swh_provenance fixture in other SWH components.
