Fix test_loader's "id" types for proper bytes

David Douard requested to merge generated-differential-D3516-source into generated-differential-D3516-target

instead of hex string representation.

Test Plan

This should pass with current swh.loader.core version as well as with swh-loader-core!397 (closed).
