deposit.loader: Build revision out of the deposit api read metadata

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D3048-source into generated-differential-D3048-target

Read "deposit" information out of the deposit read api and let the loader build the revision out of those information.

Prior to this commit, this read the "revision" entry with data already pre-built.
