BaseDirectoryLoader: migrate to new swh.model Directory filtering API

Nicolas Dandrimont requested to merge olasd/swh-loader-core:feature/swh.model-6.9 into master

This reimplements dir_filter in terms of path_filter to keep the backwards-compatibility with other users of the swh-loader-core API.
