docs: Define new vocabulary for software dependencies

Kumar Shivendu requested to merge KShivendu/swh-indexer:dependency-vocabulary into master

Defining new vocabulary (calling it swhpkg for now) that will represent software packages and their dependencies stored in swh.

I fed this to Blazegraph and it seems to work as expected.
