gunicorn_config: Add sentry ariadne integration

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/swh-graphql:sentry-aridane-integration into master

It enables better error reporting for GraphQL by attaching request and response data in sentry report.

Deployment update to use this integration can be found in swh/infra/swh-apps!28 (merged).
