Draft: Add TreeishDirectories

fastutil version bump is required to implement PopableLongArraySet as size used to be private instead of protected.

Probably won't merge it, it's only interesting as a one-off. Expected runtime with 96 threads is 180-200 days, so we'll never fully run it anyway
