docker: Configure keycloak to allow login with GraphQL web client
requested to merge anlambert/swh-environment:docker-configure-keycloak-for-graphql-client into master
With these changes, GraphQL web client can use Keycloak to login a user in order to perform authenticated calls to the GraphQL API.
