tests: Speedup overall execution

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/docker:tests-speedup into master

Use git URLs with fewer objects to archive.

Only start docker services required to run a test suite.

It enables to save 15 minutes on Jenkins to execute all docker tests.
