Consider archiving GitHub gists

(Creating this task after the question was brought up by a friend)

GitHub gists are (tiny) git repositories which might contain code.

We should consider whether we would like to systematically archive them or not.

Listing API: https://developer.github.com/v3/gists/#list-public-gists for the 3000 "latest" gists. I don't think there's an API with the full list of all gists.
