Note This proposes a plan to deploy the next swh version. Please, drop the unneeded actions from the plan.

• Tags impacted modules
  • swh.core
  • swh.scanner
  • swh.webhooks
  • swh.search
  • swh.indexer

Includes:

• swh.core v3.5.0: Fix compatibility issue with python3.9 version
• swh.scanner v0.8.2
• swh.webhooks v0.3.1
• swh.search v0.22
• swh.indexer v3.5.0: Fix issue for extrinsic metadata worker

Dependency:

• Tag swh.indexer

staging:

• swh/infra/ci-cd/swh-charts!477 (merged): swh-charts: Merge new versions
• Let argocd deploy
• Tag grafana with "deployment service= service= ... environment=staging"
• Checks
  • Check model version upgrade (e.g. webapp, scheduler, storage primary, storage secondary replica, ...)
  • pod images are pulled correctly
  • pods are running without issues (rpc starts, celery workers consume messages, ...)

production:

• swh-charts: Merge staging branch into production
• Let argocd deploy
• Tag grafana with "deployment service= service= ... environment=production"
• pergamon: Fix icinga-plugin's venv with a bump to swh.core
• Checks
  • icinga end-to-end check on the vault should go green again [1]
  • Check model version upgrade (e.g. webapp, scheduler, storage primary, storage secondary replica, ...)
  • pod images are pulled correctly
  • pods are running without issues (rpc starts, celery workers consume messages, ...)
