ingest OpenCores Subversion repos slowly

OpenCores is a dev platform for open hardware and it includes Subversion repos for hosting the hardware description source code. It is kind of dead and no projects have any recent changes. So I think it should be archived by SWH.

Since the site is so old and there are 1250 repos in total, I am not sure how well it would do if SWH were to download lots of them in parallel, so please do the archiving only one repo at a time.

The attached list of svn repos generated from the following command are all the Subversion repos available on this service.

There is one git repo, but the URL to it is an SSH one that does not work anonymously. I have sent a mail to the admins and will SCN it if they respond.
