journalbeat is broken on bookworm (debian 12) hosts

I skip-upgraded getty to bookworm (debian 12) by mistake (oops). Looks like journalbeat is segfaulting. It's also segfaulting on granet.

Journalbeat is not available in further versions of the elastic stack anyway, so we should upgrade to the filebeat journald input
