Batch ingest a list of origins for OpenAire

OpenAire asked the ingestion of a list of origins: softwareOriginURLs.csv.gz

The list is just a succession of urls. We need to identify the type of repository behind.

It will be done for this specific request as the process was not defined. The repository type will be a mandatory information for the futur requests.
