staging: Recycle beaubourg hardware into a staging rancher cluster worker node

Which means:

• Remove beaubourg from the proxmox cluster
• Integrate machine into the staging rke2 cluster

plan:

• Remove beaubourg from proxmox cluster[1]
  • swh/infra/puppet/puppet-swh-site!694 (merged): Decommission somerset (puppet, icinga alerts...)
  • Stop somerset container (e.g. from the proxmox ui or from the node)
  • (blocked [1]) ensure idrac or serial console access (to reboot machine from a distance)
  • Open dsi ticket to unstuck the idrac access [4]
  • Shutdown beaubourg
  • Connect to another proxmox hypervisor (e.g. mucem)
  • mucem: remove beaubourg from proxmox cluster
  • Reboot beaubourg
  • Check beaubourg is no longer in proxmox cluster [5]
• swh/infra/puppet/puppet-swh-site!695 (merged): Decommission beaubourg as a production proxmox hypervisor
• Prepare machine for staging (hostname: rancher-node-staging-rke2-metal01)
  • Inventory: Update information
  • ipxe!2 (merged): (ongoing) Reinstall as a rancher node worker in the staging vlan (cf. ipxe install...) [3]
  • swh/infra/puppet/puppet-swh-site!696 (merged): Puppet: proposed hostname: rancher-node-staging-rke2-metal01
• puppet: Add role rancher node to the newly named node
• Register node into cluster staging
• swh/devel/swh-docs!410 (merged): Update documentation
