conntrack usage on saam is high

We had a couple of alerts from alertmanager trigger from overfull (>75%) conntrack table on saam.

We should check whether something is leaking connections, or if the situation is expected we should find a way to bump the max number of stored sessions (by raising the value of the sysctl net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_max, currently at 524288).
