Staging kafka is not reachable publicly

It seems kafka can't be reached from the internal from broker2.journal.staging.swh.network

It seems the ip used is not declared with a kafka profile on the DSI firewall.

As a quick workaround, the old ip of broker1 can be recycled as we have only one kafka in staging
