Configure CEA DNS entries

In order to easily reach the cea servers, a new dns zone should be created 'internal.cea.swh.network'.

The server should be declared accordingly to the mybox document https://mybox.inria.fr/smart-link/ee444dae-a042-4572-81b3-97fe9a354664/
