Upgrade swh-graph version on granet

The currently running version of swh-graph on granet (backed used for the /api/1/graph endpoint as well as the grpc one I believe) is v2.1.2 which almost one year old, and especially lacks the added feature of integrating the dataset date in the /stats/ endpoint result.

If it is possible, before upgrading the compressed graph to a more recent one (current one being from 2022-04-25), it would be really nice to have the version of the code serving this upgraded (last tagged version is v3.0.1, which version to use is to be checked with @vlorentz I suppose).
