Test RKE2 cluster for new nodes

The 2 new compute nodes were racked. RKE2 is future of rancher so we should test if RKE2 is working well, if yes, we could bootstrap a new production cluster with the 2 new compute nodes + a management node. It will avoid to perform a rke/rke2 migration when the cluster will be in production.
