hiera: Move cassandra configuration to its own yaml config file

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D5006-source into generated-differential-D5006-target

This avoids cluttering the main common.yaml file with something no longer used (it stays because it will be).

This could also prevent accidental whitespace cleanup (as this inlined yaml expose a lot of those).
