Vagrantfile: Drop --vram flag

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D4085-source into generated-differential-D4085-target

Seems to build ok without it. Also when clickety click in the ui to show the console, this runs fine here.

Test Plan

vagrant up test which was destroyed prior to running this command.
