interface: Add method to list sent events for a specific event type

Antoine Lambert requested to merge anlambert/swh-webhooks:webhooks-list-sent-events-by-event-type into master

Rename previous sent events listing method to sent_events_list_for_endpoint and add sent_events_list_for_event_type that list sent events to listening endpoints for a specific event type.
