Fix tests data initialization after git loader api changes

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D2407-source into generated-differential-D2407-target

Tests data initialization for swh-web is broken since the landing of swh-loader-git!129 (closed).

This diff should be landed once a new git loader tag is pushed.

Also, some configuration for the loader could be removed once swh-loader-core!376 (closed) has landed.
