Better handle aliases in snapshot content

Antoine Lambert requested to merge generated-differential-D2168-source into generated-differential-D2168-target

Fix some issues related to aliases in snapshot content spotted after swh-loader-git!24 (closed) landing.

Basically, some redirections were missing as such cases were not yet encountered.
