wip: add forge now

Antoine R. Dumont requested to merge generated-differential-D6824-source into generated-differential-D6824-target

(Not ready for review, opened for the sake of transparency)

This bootstraps the add forge now ui both user and moderation view.

What's missing:

  • proper coverage
  • the user view is not working (current testing ongoing so it actually works) (- plug with scheduler tooling so the view is actually scheduling the new forge to list)
