Make permalinks visible in small browser windows

Dear all,

Do you think possible to make the permalinks tab visible in small browser windows?

ENVIRONMENT:

• Firefox (or any browser) as a 1000x650 px window (or even 1000x700).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open https://archive.softwareheritage.org/browse/content/sha1_git:29c7175acafde1097fd2c85495671ee7c76502ce/?origin_url=https://github.com/jacklin9/lions-unix-v6-source&path=slp.c&revision=acd4c39f83319f3133bfcbdb5f516b333c71ac9f&snapshot=037a95a59f90cd72c7dd7294b1a13953d36e9035#L435-L440.
2. Click on the Permalinks tab.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The whole Permalink frame is visible, including the checkbox "Add contextual information" and the buttons "Copy identifier" and "Copy permalink".

ACTUAL RESULT:

Only the first lines of the SWHID are visible. The bottom checkbox and buttons are not. In order to see them, one needs to shrink the font size.
