[Add forge now] Trigger gitlab pipeline when a request is accepted

Trigger the Add forge now GitLab pipeline when a request status is set to ACCEPTED by the moderator in the webapp.

Use a POST request specifying the Gitlab token, the forge instance type and the forge instance name
