Add ListFilesByName

vlorentz requested to merge ListFilesByName into master

It lists all files with a given name which are in the master/main branch or HEAD of a snapshot.

This will be used to get a representative sample of package.json files in the wild in order to test new swh-indexer development on: swh-indexer!482
