Change default LLP gammas

The following discussion from !470 (merged) should be addressed:

    I don't see where the gammas are passed to webgraph llp. Is it elsewhere in the codebase? Or are we using the default ones? FWIW, the current theory (based on benchmarks thus far) is that we should use the following (non-default) setting --gammas -1,-2,-3,-4,-5,0-0.
