  • build: Add a ORC_DISABLE_HDFS env var disabling hdfs when building orc
  • reader: fix for latest orc readLocalFile API
  • update orc submodule to a fixed version Note: this later is an ongoing MR on orc's gh https://github.com/apache/orc/pull/1792
